📋 Description
• Consistently staffed as the Area Architect on projects • Participates in the sales process and onsite presentations • Defines/signs off on budgetary requirements for projects • Creates an atmosphere for timely, high-quality information flow • Works to improve and reinforce the performance of others
🎯 Requirements
• 8 to 12 years of consulting/professional services experience • Minimum 3+ years of Workday Ecosystem experience • Must be viewed as an expert in their area of expertise • Ability to effectively transfer thoughts and express ideas orally or verbally • Flexibility and adaptability to changing work conditions and personalities • Skill in providing clear, behaviorally specific performance feedback
