📋 Description

• Identify and evaluate non‑agriculture market opportunities for Bulk RTP across targeted sectors. • Prioritize opportunities in industries such as food processing, protein and poultry processing, industrial manufacturing, recycling, and automotive supply chains. • Conduct market research and industry analysis to uncover new Bulk RTP applications. • Generate, qualify, and advance a strategic pipeline of Bulk RTP opportunities. • Engage prospective customers, distributors, and industry partners to validate use cases and commercial potential. • Position Bulk RTP solutions to replace wood bins, metal containers, and single‑use packaging. • Partner with Engineering and Operations to assess product fit, specifications, and manufacturing feasibility. • Support decisions related to production location, capacity, and operational readiness for new markets. • Contribute to new product and application development efforts. • Support go‑to‑market strategies, including product positioning, customer targeting, and commercialization plans. • Monitor competitive offerings, pricing trends, and emerging technologies in reusable and plastic packaging. • Collaborate cross‑functionally to align business development initiatives with company growth objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred. • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or market development within reusable transport packaging, plastics, or industrial packaging. • Strong understanding of bulk RTP applications and conversion opportunities from wood, metal, or single‑use packaging. • Proven ability to identify emerging markets and build strategic pipelines. • Experience working cross‑functionally with engineering, operations, and product development. • Strong market analysis, communication, and relationship‑building skills. • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. • Ability to operate independently while driving strategic growth initiatives. • Must be willing to travel up to 50%.
