📋 Description

• Create and own the master delivery plan • Establish and maintain standard project controls, including RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), resource forecasts, and budget tracking • Ensure client deadlines are reflected in the planning for the technology teams and managing scope and acceptance with the client • Work with Technical Leads to ensure the right skills are available at the right time • Create and maintain the standard "Deployment Blueprint" • Oversee the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase • Provide factual, transparent status reports to stakeholders • Act as the primary operational point of contact with external data providers or third-party technology

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience managing complex software or data projects • Experience working with Data Science, Analytics and complex Data Engineering teams • Expertise in both Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies • Advanced proficiency in project management tools (e.g.Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet) • Analytical thinking • Resilience, flexibility and agility • Creative thinking • Motivation and self-awareness • Empathy and active listening • Curiosity and lifelong learning • Service orientation and customer service • Talent Management • Leadership and social influence
