📋 Description

• Manage an own portfolio of payroll clients • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients • Process payroll data through manual input and imports • Create BACS files and RTI submissions • Check payroll calculations and ensure accuracy • Produce payroll reports, payslips, P45s and pension outputs • Respond to client and third-party queries • Complete reconciliations and year-end activities • Support compliance with current HMRC legislation • Work to agreed service levels and deadlines • Collaborate with colleagues across Payroll, Product and Support teams • Collect payroll information, arrange payments and ensure each pay run is completed accurately and on time

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience processing payrolls • Payroll software experience • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills • Excellent attention to detail • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Payroll qualifications such as CIPP are desirable but not essential
