📋 Description

• Lead and direct third-party design consultants to deliver mission-critical data centre projects that strictly adhere to Iron Mountain global standards and project specifications. • Collaborate with internal construction, finance, sales, and operations teams to validate and execute fit-out programs, ensuring design decisions align with business pursuit opportunities. • Provide comprehensive engineering oversight and reporting on budget, schedule, and product delivery to ensure all assigned critical infrastructure projects meet organisational quality and safety regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in the design of mission-critical facilities, specifically within Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) led industries such as Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, or Energy. • In-depth knowledge of complex electrical, mechanical, life safety, and control systems, including a strong command of national and local building codes. • Proven ability in managing relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders while leading multidisciplinary design teams in a professional, fast-paced environment. • A University Degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering, with the flexibility to travel internationally up to 25% of the time.
