• Manage complex Tier 3 employee relations (ER) cases. • Serve as escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 queries. • Partner with internal and external legal advisors on ER reporting, case strategy, compliance, and risk assessment. • Provide ongoing coaching, consultation, and feedback to people managers. • Conduct employee and ethics line investigations. • Review and improve ER processes and documentation.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources (HR). • Strong knowledge of labor and employment regulations. • Proven ability in exceptional conflict resolution, analysis, and problem-solving skills. • Bi-Lingual: English/French language proficiency is required. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory).
