• Respond to incoming leads and inquiries promptly to maintain active deal momentum. • Submit and manage internal intake forms required to smoothly onboard new business opportunities. • Conduct thorough research on potential prospects and upcoming Requests for Proposals (RFPs). • Maintain consistent communication and proactive follow-up with Account Executives (AEs) to ensure continuous deal progression. • Partner directly with clients, Solution Architects, and internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver a superior customer experience.
• 1-3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a business analyst role. • Strong knowledge of public sector sales cycles, specifically within the State, Local, and Education (SLED) markets and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes. • Proven ability in operational coordination, stakeholder management, and delivering high-quality client engagement. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across Account Executives (AEs) and technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). • Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving and prospect research.
