• Bachelor's Degree – business-related field preferred • 3+ years of experience of successful channel program management, experience in GRC, cyber security or SaaS software preferred but not required • Proven track record of scaling and orchestrating a channel operation • Strong recruiter of channel partners • Existing network of Channel relationships strongly preferred • Highly motivated and able to work in a dynamic company and industry • Strong negotiator with excellent analytical skills • Professional, with excellent oral and written communication skills; strong computer skills • Highly developed organizational and time management skills, with the ability to pull projects over the finish line • Demonstrated success in managing complex business relationships and driving successful programs • Ability to effectively manage multiple relationships and projects and work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to translate data and clearly convey information and ideas through a variety of media to recipients in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message • Highly developed leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid relationships internally and externally • Ability to quickly gain a deep understanding of our service offerings, including understanding of deadlines and the sales process • Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic • Interest and familiarity with technology, business operations, and strategy
