• Support Agile development activities, including sprint planning and collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Gather and translate business and technical requirements into clear functional specifications for system enhancements. • Design and implement customized SharePoint solutions such as web parts, dashboards, lists, and libraries to support logistics operations. • Automate workflows and processes using tools like SharePoint Designer and Power Automate to improve efficiency. • Serve as the main point of contact between users and the development team, providing updates and collecting feedback. • Assist with data migration from legacy systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency. • Perform user acceptance testing, document results, and coordinate fixes or updates. • Develop user guides, SOPs, and training materials; conduct training to support new system adoption. • Stay current with Microsoft SharePoint, Power Platform, and related technologies through ongoing learning. • Partners with logistics, IT, and program management teams to align technical solutions with overall program goals.
• Active Secret Clearance is required in order to be considered. • Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university and greater than ten (10) years of work experience in a field related to FMS, logistics, program management, or a technical or business analysis discipline related to acquisition, life cycle management, analysis, or planning. • Acceptable alternative: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and four (4) years of additional work experience in a related field. • Experience with at least one of the following technologies: Lotus Domino, SQL, Oracle, Visual Studio/.NET, Cold Fusion, jQuery, JavaScript; Experience in software development methodologies and best practices.
