📋 Description

• Manage and optimize enterprise wireless network operations to ensure high-performance and seamless connectivity. • Design, implement, and maintain wireless LANs in accordance with 802.11 standards, including Wi-Fi 6. • Perform RF planning, network optimization, and capacity management to ensure coverage and performance goals are met. • Troubleshoot WLAN issues, analyze performance metrics, and recommend improvements. • Monitor network performance using WLAN monitoring tools and dashboards. • Implement and maintain Wi-Fi security measures, including WPA3, RADIUS, and other security protocols. • Collaborate with SD-WAN and cloud teams to integrate WLAN solutions into hybrid and multi-cloud environments. • Document wireless network configurations, operational procedures, and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in wireless network administration or operations. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field strongly preferred; Advanced degree preferred. • Proven expertise in: Wireless network design and WLAN operations • RF planning and network optimization • WLAN troubleshooting and monitoring • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to manage and optimize enterprise wireless networks balancing performance, security, and scalability. • Must be eligible to obtain DHS Suitability clearance. • DESIRED: Experience with Wi-Fi security protocols and best practices. Experience SD-WAN and cloud-based WLAN solutions.
