📋 Description

• Provide high-quality field-based technical expertise at customer sites across the country • Carry out service, calibration and sensitivity testing of customers' inline inspection equipment according to stated processes and procedures • Handle on-site customer queries in a fair and courteous manner • Adapt to different environments and comply with local client health and safety regulations • Complete necessary paperwork accurately and promptly according to company procedures • Learn a diverse set of products and continually improve product knowledge • Cooperate by working overtime when required • Participate in the on-call standby rota as required

🎯 Requirements

• Good Technical Electrical / Electronics skills • Minimum BTEC/ONC/HNC or similar qualification in electromechanical / electrical engineering • Ideally experience in a field service role and familiar with all aspects of customer service • Good PC literacy • Good Organisation skills orientated around reliably delivering what is promised • Good methodical approach to problem solving • Full current driving licence • Good communication skills • Good customer service skills
