📋 Description

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance required on Buehler metallographic and hardness testing product lines. • Develop and maintain effective, communicative relationships with customers, managers. • Maintain courteous, smart and professional demeanour when working with customers, contractors, management and colleagues. • Complete all necessary paperwork electronically. • Adhere to all Health and Safety guidelines to ensure personal and team safety. • Effectively manage time on jobs to ensure maximum efficiency. • Communicate job progression with service team. • Share best practices and knowledge with other team members. • Report to Line Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical training in the field of mechatronics / electrical engineering or several years of vocational training in a similar activity. • Mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge. • You are experienced in working with ERP systems and MS Office programs. • You are used to working independently and goal-oriented and like to visit the customer on site. • Technical aptitude and logical problem-solving skills. • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and ready for a challenge. • Able to plan and work independently. • Competent communicator, willing to liaise with staff and clients. • Full UK driving licence.
