📋 Description

• Assist with the installation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of technical equipment on major retailer POS and IT equipment • Learn to diagnose and resolve issues under the guidance of experienced engineers • Provide friendly, professional on-site support to customers • Develop practical IT and hardware knowledge through structured training and real-world experience • Configure and install applicable software • Perform routine checks according to documented procedures • Assist with special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Strong interest in technology, IT, or gaming • Willingness to learn and get hands-on with technical equipment • Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude • Reliability and a proactive approach to problem-solving • Full clean UK driving licence • Previous industry experience is not required • Ideally a recent college or university leaver
