• Partner with senior leadership to realize Ivy’s commitment to being “All about the people” • Ensure assigned region has the talent resources, capabilities and behaviors needed to meet regional goals • Lead all talent and performance management processes • Lead at least one enterprise-level project to advance Ivy’s people and talent processes • Partner with leadership to provide counsel and support on both strategic talent initiatives and employee relations issues • Analyze and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field • 8-10+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a multi-site environment • PHR/SPHR/GPHR preferred • In-depth knowledge of state and federal labor laws • Willing to travel periodically to visit clinic locations in region (up to 20% travel)
