📋 Description

• Develop and implement programs, projects, or processes for assigned customer accounts or Business Units • Develop and sponsor tactics to achieve strategic objectives across functional groups or business groups through customer interaction • Influence strategic direction, develop tactical plans, and complete complex assignments with minimal supervision • Negotiate and amend customer contract terms • Serve as a member of the Services strategic leadership team • Own customer/service Profit & Loss statements, generally across multi-site or multi-customer assignments • Establish and manage customer relationships and pursue organic revenue growth opportunities • Lead the Request for Proposal process for assigned customer accounts and support other RFP processes • Manage pricing for materials and value-add services • Lead service delivery and remain accountable for operational and financial performance • Manage performance, development, and rewards for direct reports; indirectly manage others through Jabil’s work cell model • Drive continuous improvement of customer relationship performance metrics and customer satisfaction • Participate in site-level strategic planning meetings • Manage and drive the Quarterly Business Review process with assigned customer accounts • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s degree preferred • Degree in Engineering, Finance/Accounting, or Business Management preferred • Six (6) to eight (8) years work-related experience required, preferably in Financial or Procurement & Supply Chain service Operations fields • Industry-specific experience helpful and/or preferred • Previous Business Unit Manager (or equivalent job) work experience preferred • Equivalent combination of education, training, or experience • Working knowledge of aeronautical sector • Excellent communication skills • Global business awareness/experience, including taxation, laws, and culture • Extensive knowledge of total Jabil service solutions available for offer • Strong financial skills and aptitude, including balance sheet and income statement knowledge • Strong operational knowledge, including manufacturing and supply chain • Knowledge of Jabil tools, financial systems, and quote processes • Contract knowledge fundamentals • Leadership and people-management skills • Strong customer service skills and experience • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 50%
