• As a National Recruiter at Jackson Therapy Partners, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting talented therapists with life-changing opportunities across the nation. • Your responsibilities include: Meeting or exceeding sales targets through proactive sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates. • Cultivating strong relationships with therapists, clients, and team members. • Negotiating placement packages to ensure mutual satisfaction. • Providing ongoing support to traveling clinicians to maintain retention and build future pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• High School or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred. • Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for competition and goal attainment. • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to adapt to new systems.
