• Provide on-site technical support during installation, commissioning, testing, and handover of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects • Supervise installation activities and verify compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements • Perform system commissioning, functional testing, and grid connection activities • Resolve on-site technical issues related to electrical installation, system integration, and grid compliance • Support project acceptance, punch-list resolution, and final technical handover to customers • Respond to customer technical enquiries via remote or on-site support and ensure timely issue resolution • Troubleshoot hardware, software, communication, and system performance issues, escalating complex cases when appropriate • Manage aftersales service activities through the service management system, documenting and closing work orders • Coordinate with engineering, product, technical support, and Sales teams • Deliver customer training on system operation, routine maintenance, and safety procedures • Handle customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions • Collect and communicate customer feedback, technical issues, and field observations to support product improvements • Maintain technical knowledge of BESS products, system architecture, and commissioning procedures • Support spare parts inventory management and maintain service tools
• Bachelor's degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Renewable Energy, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline • Typically 3–7 years of experience in field service, commissioning, site engineering, or technical support within BESS, PV, power systems, electrical infrastructure, or a related industry • Strong understanding of electrical systems, inverters, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), or power conversion equipment • Experience with electrical installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting • Ability to interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and single-line schematics • Knowledge of grid connection requirements and electrical safety standards preferred • Experience working on utility-scale or commercial renewable energy projects advantageous • English: C1 (professional working proficiency) • Valid driver's license • Strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills • Practical understanding of electrical systems and commissioning processes • Structured, detail-oriented, and safety-focused working style • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to work independently under demanding site conditions • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills • High level of adaptability and willingness to travel extensively
