📋 Description
• Serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO, leading operational vision and execution • Own design, optimization, and performance of supply chain and operational ecosystem • Partner with CEO to translate company vision into measurable operational plans and KPIs • Oversee end-to-end supply chain strategy from procurement to final-mile fulfillment • Lead all 3PL and logistics partnerships ensuring performance excellence and scalability • Own operational P&L drivers including COGS and gross margin performance • Champion integration of data, analytics, and systems to enhance visibility and decision-making • Build and lead a high-performing operations organization aligned to company goals
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of senior operations leadership experience in CPG, preferably in food or beverage, with both DTC and retail channel expertise • Strategic and hands-on, capable of building scalable systems while managing day-to-day operational performance • Excel in fast-paced, high-growth environments with complex supply chains and high executional standards • Data-driven and results-oriented mindset with a growth mentality • Experience leading 3PLs, logistics networks, and manufacturing partners with clear SLA accountability • Proven ability to move fast, fix problems permanently, and build processes that scale
