📋 Description

• Lead and support supply chain projects including product launches, new system introductions, global expansion, continuous improvement and other initiatives • Act as process owner and subject matter expert for the OTC stream in the Jazz ERP/SAP system • Advise SAP project teams on new project implementations and coordinate SAP changes and projects across Supply Chain, Customer Service and Accounts Receivable • Lead the EU/international customer service team through changes and future challenges • Serve as liaison between the Global Order Fulfillment Team and SAP Teams • Create PCRs, present them to the CAB and Design Committee, and follow up on approvals, timelines, implementation, communication and training • Coordinate, run and validate testing requirements for SAP OTC projects • Support the OTC team with SAP issues and coordinate OTC SAP training • Coordinate with other streams to deliver projects on time and improve ERP performance • Lead cross-functional teams solving complex supply chain problems • Coordinate sales orders, documentation, dispatch, temperature-controlled shipments, customs, certificates, pricing, letters of credit and compliance • Ensure product traceability and stock accuracy in the Jazz ERP system • Manage shortages, logistical problems, customer enquiries, deviations, complaints and non-conformity files • Maintain customer service procedures and optimize shipments to reduce transport costs • Provide customer support, build customer and sales-team relationships, and resolve customer issues • Liaise with hospitals and government departments on contracts and tenders • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, Quality Assurance and Sales teams to maintain customer satisfaction and continuous improvement • Provide sales reports, market support, sales information and analyses • Support customer service associates and sales, marketing and medical operations • Monitor stock, supply situations and debtors, escalating supply and finance issues as needed • Comply with company approval and compliance processes • Travel to other countries from time to time as required

🎯 Requirements

• Strong SAP knowledge and project management skills • Knowledge of export procedures and required paperwork • Good understanding of customs environment and requirements • Experience in letter of credit management • Previous experience with temperature-controlled shipments • Previous experience working in a pharmaceutical environment • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Strong project management and organizational skills • Ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects and competing priorities • High level of customer orientation/understanding • Ability to influence internal and external constituents • Ability to work with cross-functional and multicultural teams • Excellent spoken/written English skills • French, German, Spanish and other European languages helpful • License and Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
