📋 Description

• Provide governance and auditing of CRM information to ensure minimum required data is captured • Support Sales and Finance by collecting and monitoring product usage statistics and raising transbilling records • Provide commercial support and guidance for non-standard customer contracts • Fulfil customer purchases by liaising with relevant teams • Govern AMS data to ensure customers receive correct products and services and access is provisioned or terminated on time • Support commercial leadership teams with correct account and opportunity assignments • Reopen opportunities and correct opportunity fields for financial reporting • Create reports and dashboards for customer management • Support customer renewals, including price notification letter analysis and contact allocation • Provide usage statistic reports and collect monthly reports from local access management systems • Implement process and procedure changes to improve efficiency and productivity • Assess and escalate high-impact issues to the Sales Operations Manager • Support testing and rollout of new applications and enhancements • Create and update best-practice documentation
