📋 Description

• Respond to inbound calls from existing customers • Process service requests, including adding or removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, and sending policy documents • Answer customer questions about existing insurance policy coverages and benefits • Make changes to existing insurance policies • Retain Jerry policyholders by finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment • Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities • Passion for helping others • P&C license application/qualification expected within 60 days after starting • Must currently reside in one of the eligible locations: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. • LinkedIn Profile URL required for application • Resume required for application
