📋 Description

• Support the development of category strategies for IT Services, aligned with JLL’s business strategy and technology roadmap • Deliver sourcing and supplier negotiations across IT managed services, IT staff augmentation and contingent labour, systems integration and implementation services, IT consulting and advisory services, and application development and support services • Lead procurement events from RFP development through bid management and commercial evaluation to contract execution • Prepare contract documents and recommendations in line with JLL’s Delegation of Authority • Escalate strategic recommendations and decisions above standard Delegation of Authority thresholds to the Category Director • Maintain demand plans, identify supplier consolidation opportunities and improve rates • Partner with IT delivery leads and business stakeholders to reflect regional requirements • Build and maintain relationships with IT services suppliers and staffing partners • Support supply base rationalisation and the strategic supplier framework • Run supplier performance reviews and maintain scorecards tracking contractual compliance and service levels • Deliver cost savings, cost avoidance and added value • Maintain savings trackers and project calendars • Track market trends, labour rate benchmarks and commercial models • Support sourcing tools, process improvements and best practices in line with JLL procurement policies and ethical standards

🎯 Requirements

• Strategic sourcing expertise in IT services, staffing or systems integration categories • Experience supporting category strategies across multiple regions or business units • Ability to manage procurement projects from strategy through execution with moderate oversight • Solid commercial acumen, including contract negotiation, rate card analysis and supplier performance management • Track record of using AI to work faster and deliver better results • Ability to build effective working relationships with technology and business stakeholders, and to collaborate across procurement, IT, finance and operations • Sound judgement on when to decide and when to escalate • Relevant degree in business, supply chain, information technology or a related field • Familiarity with major IT services and staff augmentation providers and their commercial models • Working knowledge of labour rate benchmarking and statement of work structuring is a plus • Experience sourcing systems integration or IT consulting engagements is a plus • CPSM, CIPS or equivalent certification (or working towards one) is welcome • Background in corporate real estate, facilities management or professional services is welcome
