📋 Description

• Support development of PDS sourcing strategies for contractor and subcontractor categories across construction, trades, and related services • Assist end-to-end sourcing processes, including supplier identification, RFP/RFQ development, bid analysis, contract negotiation, and award recommendation • Analyze account category plans, subcategory spend, supplier summaries, contract summaries, and market insights • Analyze supplier cost proposals, financial data, and bid submissions • Build and manage relationships with key PDS suppliers • Conduct market trend analyses and present findings in client-ready formats • Support strategic supplier reviews and quarterly business reviews • Assist with responsible procurement programs • Identify and escalate third-party risk issues and support mitigation strategies • Prepare sourcing reports, category dashboards, and stakeholder updates • Support change management to drive adoption of sourcing strategies and vendor management practices • Participate in cross-functional planning and process improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Analytical mindset: ability to interpret spend data, bid submissions, and market intelligence • Collaborative approach in a matrixed environment • Understanding of the PDS/construction supply chain, contractor qualification, and trade category dynamics • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Ability to produce client-ready reports and presentations • Client-focused approach • Adherence to procurement policies and controls • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities
