📋 Description
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive callouts, and emergency breakdown repairs on commercial refrigeration equipment, including: • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in refrigeration systems. • Perform installation and commissioning of new refrigeration equipment and systems. • Ensure compliance with F-Gas regulations, health & safety standards, and company procedures. • Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation via digital job management systems. • Provide excellent customer service on-site, liaising with clients, store managers, and head office contacts to ensure clear communication and timely updates.
🎯 Requirements
• F-Gas certification (Category 1) – essential. • NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning. • Knowledge of CO₂ refrigeration systems (transcritical/subcritical). • Full UK driving licence. • Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial refrigeration • Experience with retail refrigeration systems preferred • Familiarity with major refrigeration brands (SCM, Hussmann, AHT, etc.)
