📋 Description

• Serve as the clinical and technical expert for the VELYS Robotic-Assisted Solution (VRAS) • Lead installation and onboarding of the VRAS system • Deliver clinical and technical support during initial procedures and the Hypercare period • Work directly with surgeons and nursing teams to support transition to robotic-assisted knee replacement surgery • Build relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders and collaborate with Joints and Capital Sales teams to onboard customers • Support promotional activities at local and national congresses and events • Manage installation logistics and provide technical service • Support VELYS accounts to drive usage and turn rates • Guide surgical teams through initial robotic procedures and share best practices • Train hospital departments, including sterile processing and engineering teams • Train and support local teams so they can independently provide robotic case coverage after Hypercare • Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and robotic innovations • Support rollout of software updates and product lines • Troubleshoot complex technical challenges as the first line of service • Provide ongoing expert guidance and support to customers throughout their robotic surgery journey • Collaborate with Field Service Engineers and Digital Surgery partners • Report to the Regional Sales Manager • Work autonomously while contributing to team objectives

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS is required • Demonstrate aptitude in technical skills, technology systems, and administrative procedures • Exposure to medical or surgical software/digital technologies and/or capital equipment • Experience with joint reconstruction in hips/knees • Strong knowledge of knee arthroplasty • Interest in robotic-assisted technologies • Ability to travel up to 50% • Valid driver's license • Technical mindset with ability to troubleshoot and adapt quickly in high-pressure situations • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills • Collaborative and proactive approach • Passion for orthopaedics and surgical innovation
