📋 Description

• Drive appropriate patient access and uptake of J&J’s Myeloma CAR-T therapy • Develop and implement a local brand and portfolio strategy • Build strong clinical partnerships • Support optimisation of patient pathways • Act as a therapy and product expert and deliver compliant clinical promotion within licensed indications • Drive clinical demand through brand strategy and in-field tactics • Lead local account and strategic account plans • Accelerate uptake, optimise patient referral pathways and address access barriers • Build relationships with clinicians and healthcare partners • Deliver HCP education and develop local prescribing advocates • Develop customer call plans to maximise coverage, frequency, access and commercial opportunities • Use CRM, data, insights and dashboards to inform decisions and drive performance • Gather and share customer insights and market intelligence • Apply customer preference mapping, persona development and digital engagement approaches • Support future launch planning and drive treatment uptake from launch

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical sales or commercial roles, ideally within Haematology • Strong scientific and clinical acumen with the ability to communicate complex data clearly and credibly • Strategic mindset with strong business planning and execution capability • Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills • High levels of accountability, ownership and learning agility • Ability to work effectively in a matrix and cross-functional environment • ABPI qualification preferred
