JOB AD PARTNER - jobvertising crossmedia GmbH is a German recruitment and job advertising specialist that helps employers place and manage job postings across a large network of job boards and media channels. They provide multiposting to over 900 online portals (including Stepstone, Indeed, Xing, Google for Jobs), print and international postings, anonymized listings, employer branding, social-media and performance marketing campaigns, active sourcing, and campaign management. They also offer an integrated HR software/editor with pre-selection tools and API/BMS integration so applicant tracking systems and clients can publish and manage listings programmatically.

📋 Description

• You acquire new clients and build long-term relationships with them. • You advise (new) clients on our services and work with them to find the perfect solution for their recruiting needs. • You are the primary contact for our HR tools and support clients with error messages, application questions, and the introduction of new features. • You continuously analyze your clients' needs, identify optimization opportunities, and offer our services and products to implement the best possible recruiting solutions. • You negotiate individual terms and contracts with your clients in a committed and professional manner.

🎯 Requirements

• A commercial training background, e.g., office management, dialog marketing, administrative assistant, HR services clerk, or a degree (Business Administration, Human Resources, Sales, or similar) provides a good foundation. • We are also happy to give motivated career changers a chance. • Ideally, you have some experience in HR / Human Resources and an interest in personnel and recruiting. • You are proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • English skills are advantageous; other foreign language skills are very welcome. • You have a natural aptitude for consulting: you understand client needs and deliver satisfaction through qualified support. • You are empathetic and your manner is well received by clients and colleagues alike. • Teamwork and open communication are important to you.
