📋 Description

• Work with Jobber’s largest existing customers for upsell and cross-sell opportunities, primarily focused on expansion, retention, increasing payment processing volume, building relationships with customers and addressing pain points • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with key clients, providing insights and recommendations on how to optimize their use of Jobber's products and services, particularly those related to payments • Increase the gross payment volume of your assigned accounts, as well as the overall customer lifetime value as well as cross sell other potential Jobber products • Collaborate with other departments within Jobber, such as product, risk, and support, to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience • Provide feedback and suggestions to the product team on how to improve Jobber's features and functionality based on customer needs and requests • Develop and implement best practices and processes for the Key Account Management department, as well as mentor and coach other team members

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated success in in account management, customer success, or sales in a B2B software environment (fintech experience preferred) • Proven track record of over-achieving and exceeding revenue targets and retention goals - we’re looking for people who have exceeded 100% of their target for the last 6+ months • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Client-focused consultative mindset • Proficiency with the challenger sales methodology • Familiarity with Jobber's products and services • Experience working with or in the home services industry (Nice To Have)
