📋 Description

• Act as a Franciscan Alliance applications expert in creating training programs • Research, analyze, and present potential system enhancement needs • Design, configure, and support Franciscan Alliance applications based on standards and guidelines • Document and build workflows, standards, and business processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and identify application functionality and workflow requirements • Provide expertise in the clinical discipline as a conduit between Information Services and clinical end users • Provide on-call and after-hours support for teams and customers • Test Franciscan Alliance applications and workflows • Analyze information and use logic to solve issues and problems • Work with vendors to implement, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot applications • Manage projects that do not require PMO oversight

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required • 5 years relevant clinical position experience required • EPIC Certified or Accredited (if required by role); EPIC certification required within 90 days if not already certified • EPIC Cupid or Clinical Cardiology experience preferred • Associate's Degree in Radiology/Cardiology specialty areas preferred • Bachelor's Degree in Radiology/Cardiology specialty areas preferred • Travel is required: Never or Rarely
