📋 Description

• Implement new products and features on order entry platforms • Modify existing products on order entry platforms • Configure forms and carrier questions on order entry platforms • Review platform changes to determine the impact on Delaware Life's business needs • Unit test Delaware configurations and applicable software releases • Build and maintain understanding of Delaware Life product workflows and not-in-good-order requirements • Represent Delaware Life on industry working groups for carriers, distributor partners, and platform vendors • Manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity • Maintain accountability for assigned work, provide accurate work estimates, and describe completed work • Communicate ongoing work status internally and externally with clients where applicable • Support business areas by investigating operational and technical problems or inquiries and recommending and implementing solutions • Work with business units to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are effectively validated • Administer and advance Order Entry platform development standards and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years product configuration (forms and product) experience with Zinnia AnnuityNet, iPipeline Affirm, or iCapital Firelight platforms, as well as associated tools • 5 years' experience with forms tagging, rules, data mapping, and e-Signature tagging • Working knowledge of ACORD data standards and supporting XML structures • Experience representing carrier priorities and exerting influence on the direction of the industry • Detail oriented, with an analytical approach • Excellent problem solving, root cause analysis, and critical thinking skills • Strong team player and results oriented • Willingness to share knowledge and collaborate on strengthening team expertise • Experience with deployment strategies in a complex, concurrent development environment • Knowledge of platform architecture and integration with enterprise architecture • Bachelor's degree preferred
