📋 Description

• Coordinate overall project activities, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts • Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards, risks, resources, and customer expectations • Coordinate communication with enterprise areas affected by project scope, budget, risk, and resources • Manage projects addressing complex issues across multiple facilities • Communicate project scope, timelines, and budgets to stakeholders • Manage project resources and allocations with managers • Create and maintain project timelines and monitor milestones and progress • Provide comprehensive project status reports to stakeholders and leaders • Resolve project issues and conflicts and escalate when needed • Gather data, manage project budgets, and report budget versus actuals • Coach and mentor new Project Managers on tools, methodologies, best practices, and implementation • Review PMO processes and recommend improvements • Identify cross-training opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's Degree required • Bachelor's Degree preferred • 3 years of relevant work experience in Project Management required • 3 years of experience with vendors required • 3 years of healthcare industry experience required • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute • Ability to manage complex projects affecting multiple facilities • Knowledge of project management methodologies and processes
