📋 Description

• Manage the full lifecycle of packaging projects for assigned clients • Oversee end-to-end packaging artwork workflow • Manage high-volume project timelines, planning, task management, milestones, priorities, and submission deadlines • Coordinate artwork production and prepress • Liaise between management, internal departments, and clients to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions • Lead or participate in project meetings and pre-production calls • Manage projects and approval routing in workflow tools • Set up projects and approvers and onboard new users • Develop, improve, and streamline workflow processes • Create estimates and manage purchase orders • Verify technical and content accuracy in supplied artwork • Refine and enforce quality-control processes • Report production issues and implement corrective actions • Anticipate risks and manage timeline barriers • Advise production groups on brand best practices • Monitor color quality of initial production • Nurture client relationships, anticipate client needs, and measure satisfaction • Supervise and guide team members on project-management and communication best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Microsoft Office experience required • Fully conversant with Adobe CS; Adobe certification is a plus • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Knowledge of artwork management systems • Ability to work effectively and efficiently towards goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple and changing demands • Comfortable interacting with clients of all levels, printers, and suppliers • Forward-thinking and improvement-driven • Equivalent of 2–3 years of experience preferred • Previous experience in customer service and/or project management preferred • Project Management Certification is a plus • Experience in packaging, artwork, creative project management, print, production, design, art industry, pre-press, or color management theory is beneficial • Must be based in an eligible U.S. state; AK, DC, DE, ME, NH, NM, OK, HI, MS, MT, NV, NE, ND, SD, UT, VT, WY, and WV are excluded
