📋 Description

• Independently lead and motivate diverse teams on projects in a fast-paced environment • Manage project scope, timeline, budget, issues, risks, dependencies, and deliverables • Lead on-time, on-budget delivery of digital projects • Function as Scrum Master and lead Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, grooming, and planning • Monitor, report, and manage scope changes, budget burn, and timeline risks • Report project status weekly to clients and Bounteous stakeholders • Build consensus and work toward solutions within project teams • Advocate for and empower project teams • Facilitate communication among project teams, client stakeholders, and senior management • Facilitate meetings, create agendas, and track action items • Foster collaboration and resolve conflicts • Act as a key client contact and ensure expectations and results are delivered • Use OpenAir and Jira for data-driven decisions and reporting • Maintain weekly resource forecasts in OpenAir • Work with clients and product owners to realize business goals in working solutions • Develop domain expertise in clients’ business spaces • Partner with Client Service Executives and Business Development to scope, size, and solve new opportunities • Report to the Program Director and improve processes and efficiency across Program Delivery • Coach and mentor team members • Build strong client and internal relationships • Contribute to Agile and project management processes, deliverables, and standards • Continue developing skills, techniques, and tools through continuous learning

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in relevant program, or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of project management experience of progressively increasing responsibility with at least 1-2 years of Agile experience • 5+ years of experience working as a consultant or in an agency as a project manager • Exposure to Scrum, Agile, and/or Waterfall management techniques • Experience working with multiple teams simultaneously, consisting of 4 to 8 people • Experience managing distributed or remote team members • Experience delivering large digital-related projects ($1MM+, 9+ months) • In-depth understanding of digital development processes and technologies • Proven organizational skills and focused attention to detail • Experience with Confluence/JIRA or equivalent software development tools • Experience with CMS platforms, eCommerce platforms, and Google Analytics is a plus • CSM and PMP certifications are a plus • Some travel may be required
