📋 Description

• Lead daily Salesforce development standups and end-of-day review sessions • Coordinate development lifecycle across Dev, UAT, and Production environments • Maintain and continuously prioritize the Salesforce Master Backlog • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution, resolve challenges, and ensure timely project delivery • Facilitate communication between global teams across regions • Use JIRA, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and similar tools to track progress and report updates • Ensure QA validation and user acceptance criteria are met before release • Partner with external development vendors to drive delivery and remove blockers • Coordinate API integration efforts between Salesforce and enterprise systems • Drive backlog grooming and prioritization across projects, incidents, and enhancements • Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency • Partner with IT and system owners to define integration architecture and automation strategy • Facilitate cross-functional requirements-gathering sessions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing projects, preferably in Salesforce or enterprise SaaS platform initiatives • Experience leading Dev → UAT → Production release cycles • Strong experience with MS Office suite and Smartsheet • Strong understanding of API integrations and cross-system architecture • Experience working with offshore development partners • Familiarity with Service Cloud or enterprise ticketing systems strongly preferred • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Developer, etc.) or ability to obtain certification within 30–60 days of hire • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
