📋 Description

• Provides leadership assistance to the operations of assigned department(s) • Manages enrollment of providers and facility for the Health System • Reviews and analyzes data necessary to complete enrollment filings • Identifies potential issues and flags adverse information • Collaborates with Legal Services/Risk Management and Revenue Management Operations to address enrollment status updates • Develops enrollment policies, processes and procedures which meet all regulatory agency requirements • Leads training and ongoing education for new and existing staff

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Required) • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (Required) • Minimum of 3 years of Managerial/Supervisory experience (Required) • Skills: Acts Decisively, Financial Analysis, Flexibility, Leads Others, Organizing, Problem Solving, Professional Presentation
