📋 Description

• Delivery and oversight of the talent development strategy • Manage a team to deliver flexible learning interventions • Undertake performance improvement and knowledge transfer • Facilitate performance reviews and provide feedback to employees • Identify high-potential employees and develop tailored development plans • Design and deliver a variety of learning programs • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement • Collaborate with other HR functions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of experience • Comprehensive understanding of adult learning principles • Familiarity with various learning delivery methods • Strong knowledge of talent management practices • Proficient in learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant technologies • Degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field or equivalent level of knowledge & experience
