• Our Sales Development Representative actively turns interested clients into long-lasting partners. • The SDR drives revenue for the business by understanding client needs and offering recommended actions. • They serve as trusted advisors and partners to our clients, maintaining a highly consultative approach. • Outbound prospecting to potential customers that fit in our Ideal Customer Personas. • Utilize social media vehicles to access specific individuals in a prospect/customer’s buying process and qualify outbound leads. • Qualify prospects using a defined Sales Process. • Outreach to new prospects to initiate the sales process and build excitement around the product and the brand. • Assess prospect’s needs and identify pain points. • Set up meetings between (prospective) customers and sales executives. • Utilize Salesforce and Outreach to manage day-to-day activities.
• Experience: 3+ months of sales development experience, with a preference for candidates who have successfully sold within the beauty, aesthetics, or self-care market • Expert Communicator: You love cold prospecting and speaking with new people over the phone • Organized: Organizational and time-management skills • Action Oriented: A strong sense of urgency that moves clients from analysis to action • High Energy: Enthusiasm for working in a high-growth entrepreneurial environment • Ambitious: You have a competitive spirit
