• Lead the full enterprise sales cycle: stakeholder mapping, solution positioning, proposal and commercial negotiation, and contracting • Own a portfolio of strategic target accounts among large multinational employers with high-volume recruitment needs • Map and engage multiple stakeholders within each target account • Run discovery conversations to understand each company's recruitment pains at scale • Structure and negotiate multi-country partnership terms • Continuously test and refine outreach angles and messaging • Represent Jooble at HR, Talent Acquisition, and employer branding industry events
• 5+ years of experience in B2B partnerships, enterprise sales, or business development • Demonstrated track record of engaging and closing deals with senior HR/Talent Acquisition stakeholders • Comfort managing complex, multi-stakeholder, multi-country deal cycles • Strong consultative/solution-selling skills • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools • Excellent English (business/professional level, written and spoken) • Self-directed and comfortable working in an international, remote-first team • Strong analytical mindset
