• Building and managing relationships with our referral partners, including estate agents and mortgage brokers • Making outbound calls to warm contacts who have previously worked with Juno • Gathering feedback and introducing them to our referral process • Converting suitable contacts into active referrers • Explaining how Juno works and setting expectations • Assessing whether potential partners are a good fit for Juno • Acting as the relationship manager for your partners • Monitoring referral activity, including lead flow and conversion rates • Working towards weekly and monthly targets
• Comfortable making outbound calls to initiate and develop business relationships • Experience building or managing ongoing relationships with external partners or clients • Experience working towards targets or KPIs related to business growth, partnerships, or revenue • Comfortable taking ownership of a pipeline and being accountable for its performance • Experience in conveyancing, estate agency, mortgage brokerage, or none of the above
