📋 Description

• Personally run the FY27 FP&A cycle end-to-end • Own the budget, monthly reforecast, board packs, and monthly executive business reviews • Partner with the CEO and executive team to shape board and investor reporting • Influence strategic finance decisions • Lead the finance team and actively coach the Financial Controller and Finance Ops Associate • Provide active coaching support during month-end • Hold the Finance Director role during maternity leave for approximately 8 months

🎯 Requirements

• Located in the UK • Long-term working rights in the UK without visa sponsorship • Significant B2B SaaS experience during the last 2 years • Personally run a full FP&A cycle end-to-end, including budget, reforecasts, and board reporting • Accounting-literate and able to support and challenge a controller • Finance owner in a diligence process, including building the data room and handling external scrutiny • Direct partnership with executives and a board, shaping and influencing decisions • Experience leading a small finance team • Hands-on approach and willingness to roll up sleeves
