📋 Description
• Lead the Analytics Platform and Data Platform squads, ensuring alignment between technical deliveries and product needs. • Define the vision and processes for the data infrastructure, ensuring the team works integrated with product priorities rather than in isolation. • Balance time and effort across teams, directing tactical and strategic initiatives according to each team's maturity and demands. • Co-create medium- and long-term strategies, setting clear goals, objectives, and directions for the teams. • Act as a connection point between technical and business areas, communicating with stakeholders at different levels to unblock the area and promote the company's data vision. • Establish processes that reduce ad-hoc and unplanned requests, making the area more predictable, strategic, and value-oriented. • Support product and business teams in creating consistent, scalable, and impact-driven data solutions. • Promote best practices and state-of-the-art approaches in Analytics and Data Engineering, raising the organization's technical standard. • Ensure deliveries that generate immediate impact, prioritizing efficient solutions and avoiding over-engineering.
🎯 Requirements
• Solid knowledge in Analytics Engineering and Data Engineering. • Ability to engage with product teams and understand business needs. • Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and technical teams. • Advanced SQL and Python. • Experience with data stacks such as Airflow, Dataform, Dataflow, Databricks (or similar). • Expertise in data infrastructure, pipelines, and data management. • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation. • Knowledge of Data Lakes and modern data architectures. • Analytical mindset.
