• Engage in strategic cold and warm calling to connect with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers. • Proactively identify new business opportunities while managing existing high-value client accounts. • Build and nurture your own client portfolio. • Represent the entire K2 service suite, including Staffing, K2 University, Managed Solutions, and Consulting. • Identify complex client pain points and propose tailored solutions. • Negotiate high-level contracts and manage the end-to-end sales process with precision.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in IT Recruitment or IT Consultancy Sales. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification. • Native German speaker with Fluent English proficiency. • Highly comfortable with business-to-business interactions. • Genuine enthusiasm for technology, innovation, and the evolving IT landscape. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset.
