📋 Description

• Collaborate with Developers and Product Owners to understand testing requirements and objectives • Develop BDDs, test cases, and test scripts from User Stories and Acceptance Criteria • Execute test cases and document results • Identify and prioritize defects for resolution • Improve testing processes and methodologies • Communicate with project team members to deliver testing activities on time • Support and guide junior team members • Design, develop, and maintain automated Selenium or Jest test scripts for functional and regression testing • Use Cucumber for behavior-driven development and align technical and business requirements • Integrate and execute automated tests in CI/CD pipelines using AWS and Azure DevOps • Test Workday applications for data integrity, functionality, and performance

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing as an Automation Test Engineer or SDET • Proficiency in either Java or JavaScript • Hands-on experience with Selenium for test automation • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate within a team • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • ISTQB Foundation Level Certification (desirable) • Experience with JIRA Software (desirable) • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices (desirable) • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes (desirable) • Knowledge or experience with automated testing frameworks and tools (desirable) • Experience with Cucumber for BDD and test automation (desirable) • Familiarity with AWS and Azure DevOps (desirable) • Experience testing Workday applications or similar enterprise systems (desirable) • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into DevOps processes (desirable)
