📋 Description

• Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for a global customer base • Understand customer requirements and design and deliver aligned solutions • Work closely with team members while independently managing workload • Support more junior team members and share knowledge • Rotate through Workday Consulting and Application Management Services • Deliver Application Management Services work against defined Service Level Agreements • Travel to customer sites in the same region when required

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience of UK Operational Payroll - minimum 5 years • Workday Payroll Certification • Very good understanding of Workday Payroll, as well as any specialist Capability • Experience in a customer-facing, consulting environment • Ability to understand customer needs, build relationships, and escalate issues • Clear and effective communication with customers and colleagues, including in a remote working situation • Ability to work within remote teams, alongside customers, and independently without supervision • Ability to plan own workload and meet deadlines • Ability to apply relevant standards and procedures while maintaining quality, accuracy, and attention to detail • Awareness of confidentiality and non-disclosure policies and/or agreements • Awareness of the Kainos story, wider business offering, and company strategy • Ability to improve tools and/or processes • Willingness to learn relevant subject matter, including international regulatory requirements • Ability to rotate through Workday Consulting and Application Management Services • For Application Management Services, ability to meet defined Service Level Agreements • Ability to travel to customer sites in the same region; minimal out-of-region travel may be required • Professional qualifications in area of expertise (desirable) • Commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics (desirable) • Consulting skills such as presenting, participating in workshops, and explaining functionality or solutions (desirable)
