📋 Description

• Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for Kainos's global customer base • Understand customer requirements and design and deliver aligned solutions • Work closely with team members while independently managing own workload • Support junior team members and share knowledge • Deliver services across Workday Consulting and Application Management Services • Deliver Application Management Services work against defined Service Level Agreements • Travel to customer sites in the same region when required

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience of UK Operational Payroll — minimum 5 years • Very good understanding of Workday Payroll and relevant specialist capability • Customer-facing experience in a consulting environment • Ability to understand customer needs, build relationships, and escalate issues appropriately • Clear and effective communication with customers and colleagues, including in a remote working situation • Ability to work within remote teams, alongside customers, and independently without supervision • Ability to plan own workload and meet deadlines • Ability to apply relevant standards and procedures while maintaining quality, accuracy, and attention to detail • Awareness of confidentiality and non-disclosure policies and/or agreements • Ability to ensure information security at all times • Awareness of the Kainos story and wider business offering • Awareness of company strategy and how to support it • Ability to improve tools and/or processes • Willingness to learn relevant subject matter, including international regulatory requirements • Ability to rotate through Workday Consulting and Application Management Services • For Application Management Services, ability to meet defined Service Level Agreements • Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites in the same region; minimal out-of-region travel may be required • Workday HCM, Financials, or Payroll Certification (desirable) • Professional qualifications in the area of expertise (desirable) • Commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics (desirable) • Consulting skills, including presenting, participating in workshops, and explaining functionality or solutions to customers (desirable)
