📋 Description

• Turn customer messages into clear, owned, and due-dated work using the internal scoping process • Triage customer support requests and reduce the waiting-on-us queue • Reproduce data and metric issues, gather evidence, resolve issues when possible, or create actionable Engineering tickets • Track account KPIs, product usage, and trends to identify engagement risks and opportunities • Analyze account platform usage and provide insights and recommendations to the Director and client stakeholders • Identify opportunities for proactive customer education, communications, and outreach • Contribute analysis and materials to renewal and expansion conversations • Coordinate account workstreams across Engineering, Product, and Sales • Prepare client meeting materials, join calls, and capture follow-ups • Support onboarding checklists, roster and configuration validation, user setup, and training materials • Bring customer feedback and support trends into internal product and customer strategy discussions • Improve customer-facing knowledge-base resources • Run the high-priority requirements report, prepare for bug blitzes and meetings, support health reporting, and enable proactive release communications

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in operations, implementation, technical support, or consulting where you owned execution and outcomes • Strong written communication • Highly organized and able to juggle many small, important things at once • Comfortable with spreadsheets and structured data • Ability to spot duplicate rows, bad identifiers, or incorrect metric changes • Daily use of AI tools • Systems-thinking approach to recurring problems • Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Kairon Health cannot provide or assume sponsorship of an employment visa, including H-1B, OPT, CPT, or TN status • Healthcare, value-based care, or ACO exposure, or eagerness to learn shared savings, quality measures, and AWVs — nice-to-have • SQL, Snowflake, or dashboard and analytics familiarity — nice-to-have • Experience supporting software implementations or customer onboarding — nice-to-have
