📋 Description

• Lead customers through onboarding, data migration, implementation, and training • Manage end-to-end implementation projects for small to mid-sized accounts • Build and maintain project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely deliverables • Partner with firm administrators and key users to align priorities and responsibilities • Lead kickoff, configuration, and training sessions using established frameworks and playbooks • Guide customers on Karbon workflow setup and day-to-day usage best practices • Support change management, adoption, and resolution of customer questions or resistance • Support importing contacts and work items using Excel and other tools • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate delays or adoption challenges • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams • Help customers achieve early wins and measurable value • Use ChatGPT licenses and AI-driven workflow automations for planning, communications, and process optimization

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Implementations • Experience with end-to-end technical implementations • Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously • Confidence facilitating meetings and training sessions with administrators and end users • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through • Experience working with data and systems during migrations and configuration • Adaptability and resilience in evolving environments • Comfortable working remotely and managing time independently • Experience in accounting or tax industry (bonus) • Experience with workflow, accounting, or project management software (bonus) • Background in software onboarding or enterprise implementations (bonus) • Knowledge of change management frameworks (bonus) • Experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment (bonus) • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience using Karbon (bonus)
