📋 Description

• Participate in one or multiple Veeva product implementation or migration projects • Cover assigned roles such as configuration specialist, functional analyst, solution architect, or project manager • Configure and customize Vault CRM solutions to meet client-specific needs • Lead client-facing activities, including workshops, user acceptance testing, and training sessions • Guide clients through implementation from initial design to final delivery • Advise clients on optimizing and harmonizing business processes • Translate complex requirements into scalable solution designs • Work directly with top pharmaceutical organizations

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated 3+ years of consulting experience or equivalent experience • Demonstrated ability to manage customer-facing activities and stakeholder relationships • Strong presentation skills • Able to travel approximately 20% • Fluent in English (written and spoken) • Full right to work in the country of application is required • Veeva or Salesforce.com certification and implementation experience (nice to have) • Experience working with the Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health or an adjacent industry (nice to have) • Experience working on projects with a global scope or with international teams (nice to have) • Experience with software from other vendors, including IQVIA, SAP, and CVENT (nice to have) • Additional European language such as French, German, Spanish, or Italian (nice to have)
