📋 Description

• Coordinate post-sale customer education and training initiatives • Act as the clinical and technical expert for the ZOLL hospital product line • Work collaboratively with the Territory Manager throughout the sales process • Build deep, long-lasting customer relationships to encourage ongoing utilization of ZOLL hospital products and achievement of desired clinical outcomes • Act as a project manager in planning, developing, and executing educational and training events in customer accounts • Assist with and/or initiate in-servicing events in existing and new accounts • Communicate leads and account updates to the outside Territory Manager • Provide input to prepare additional materials supporting sales and training • Organize and conduct educational events in existing or new accounts • Discuss the chain of resuscitation as a clinical and technical product expert for all ZOLL Hospital products • Advocate for improving patient outcomes in an inpatient hospital setting

🎯 Requirements

• RN, Paramedic, or RT with 5+ years of experience required • Bachelor's Degree BA or BS preferred • AHA Instructor - BLS/ACLS/PALS preferred • Clinical education experience preferred • Project management experience preferred • Additional European language skills highly advantageous • Ability to travel up to 80%, mainly in the UK and occasionally in Europe
