📋 Description

• Maintain regular customer engagement cadences through all implementation phases, from sales handoff to value realization • Create implementation plans outlining customer goals and activities needed to meet those goals • Conduct regular onboarding reviews to track progress and adapt plans • Cultivate customer champions and grow their Fieldguide knowledge • Link customers with Engineering, Product, Design, Customer Enablement, Sales, and other cross-functional teams • Communicate customer needs internally to help shape the product roadmap, internal processes, and future onboarding iterations • Proactively identify success risks and develop action plans to mitigate them • Document customer value through case studies, new use cases, and success metrics • Track customer progress against adoption maps and plot value realization over time • Deliver Fieldguide Accelerator onboarding program to new customers • Help build Fieldguide's EMEA onboarding function internationally

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience delivering risk advisory or technology risk engagements, including SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA, or NIST assessments • AND/OR 3+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or similar, at a top management consulting firm (preferred) or high-growth startup • Strong consulting skills helping complex organizations succeed, with proven results driving business value for customers as their trusted advisor • Team player and mission-first mindset • Project management proficiency with ability to prioritize and manage multiple customers, projects and requests with little direct oversight • Professional problem-solving ability while juggling several customers • Executive presence and ability to influence change • Demonstrated history of communicating effectively with customers and across internal teams • Bias towards action and ownership of projects end-to-end • Minimal direction or oversight required
