📋 Description

• Reduce friction associated with large-scale software adoption • Support solution scoping and workflow design with sales executives • Deliver tailored product demonstrations to senior practice partners, IT directors, and heads of department • Handle complex technical, security, and operational objections during sales cycles • Design and embed standardized FreeAgent in-practice operational processes • Project manage end-to-end onboarding for large practices, including plans, risks, milestones, and stakeholder alignment through go-live • Guide bulk data migrations, including extraction templates, validation, reconciliation, and sign-off procedures • Design and deliver tailored workshops and webinars for practice staff, bookkeepers, and client managers • Build onboarding frameworks, migration playbooks, and training assets • Capture technical requirements, migration bottlenecks, and product enhancement feedback for Sales, Product, and Engineering • Share wins and lessons learned to support process improvements and continuous upskilling

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience accountant or bookkeeper • Operational familiarity with how large national UK accounting practices operate • High level of computer-literacy and familiarity with SaaS software • Hands-on experience with data migrations • Experience working in an accounting practice environment if preferable • Nationwide travel is required, most often across England • Ability to work Monday to Friday in a permanent, full-time role
